By using the WebAntics Online (www.webantics.co.za) website and/or registering to shop on WebAntics Online (www.webantics.co.za) you confirm that you have familiarized yourself with the terms and conditions governing the conduct of parties accessing or using the WebAntics Online (www.webantics.co.za) website to trade and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

§  The images used to represent various products are specifically selected to provide a visual representation of the actual item. These images are for illustrative purposes only and cannot be used as an actual indication of item, feature, size, colour or any other specification.

PRIVACY POLICY

§  No information provided to us in the Sign Up process will be publicly accessed in any way.

§  WebAntics Online may from time-to-time send you details on product launches or specials or information we feel you would find useful

§  It is not required that you sign up to use our site, however you are required to sign up should you wish to place an order online.

§  WebAntics Online (www.webantics.co.za) uses the information stored for purely administrative, occasional product newsletters and ordering purposes.

§  Should you prefer not to sign up, orders can be requested by sending an email to info@webantics.co.za but you will need to provide your full name, contact number and full physical address for delivery.

VALUE ADDED TAX

§  14% VAT has been added on to the products seen on this web site.

§  An original TAX Invoice will be supplied with each order upon request.

PAYMENT

§  WebAntics Online (www.webantics.co.za) accepts payment by Credit Card, Electronic Bank Transfer, Cash Deposit or Cheque Deposit. Please note that Cheque Deposits may take up to 10 days to clear.

§  All payments must be made in advance and delivery will only be dispatched once payment has been cleared and confirmed by our bank.

WARRANTY

§  WebAntics Online (www.webantics.co.za) can only extend the warranty provided by the manufacturer of the product.

§  If an item stops working from normal use contact us for assistance in contacting the manufacturer.

STOCK PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

§  Prices displayed on our site are updated continuously and are subject to change without notice.

§  Prices are based on third party rates and the current exchange rate and are subject to change without prior notice.

§  To ensure that you, our valued customer, get the best possible prices at all times, we only carry stock of smaller items. Product stock levels change on a daily basis and we therefore have little control over stock availability and do not guarantee that the product ordered will always be available.

§  All products advertised in all marketing material are limited to stock availability. We will contact you immediately, should the product that you ordered not be available.

§  We will not be obligated to supply a product/s that is/are out of stock or at the price advertised.

BACKORDERS

§  Due to the popularity of some products, WebAntics Online (www.webantics.co.za) may not always have products or services ordered by you in stock. WebAntics Online (www.webantics.co.za) will accept orders for out of stock products or services to ensure that you will be the first to receive the item once it becomes available.

§  In order to guarantee the backorder at the current price when placing your order, you would be required to make payment in full. Should you opt not to pay at the time of placing a backorder, the price of your order will be determined when you product becomes available.

§  If the product/s ordered by you is/are not available, you may cancel the order or place a backorder. Once the products or services become available, it will be shipped to you once your payment has been cleared

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

§  No delivery of products will be completed until payments of funds have been cleared.

§  All orders to the value of R1000 or more are delivered FREE OF CHARGE

§  All orders under R1000 in value will be charged a standard delivery fee of R39

§  Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. The goods may be delivered by WebAntics Online (www.webantics.co.za) in advance of the quoted delivery date.

§  WebAntics Online (www.webantics.co.za) will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. WebAntics Online (www.webantics.co.za) will inform you as soon as possible if they become aware of any delay.

§  Time for delivery shall not be of the essence.

§  All orders are sent by registered couriers to any physical address within South Africa. We do not ship to postal boxes.

§  All orders are fully insured against breakage, loss or hi-jack from the time it leaves our hands until it is placed in your hands.

RETURNS POLICY

§  It is the responsibility of the customer to check the goods once they are received and advise WebAntics Online (www.webantics.co.za) within 24 hours of any faults

§  The customer has 7 days, from the date of delivery of the product/s, to cancel an order by returning the product/s, undamaged in any manner, together with all packing materials and documentation to WebAntics Online (www.webantics.co.za) or its authorised agents.

§  The provisions of this agreement relating to the return of goods and cancellation of any agreement to provide services shall not apply if:

-       the products are personalised or made to the customers specifications;

-       the products are perishable or will expire rapidly

-       the sale consists of ink, toner, hard drives, software or media in whatever form

-       the products are damaged in any manner or no longer in their original state of receipt

-       the products by reason of their nature cannot be returned;

-       audio, video recordings or any form of computer software are either used or if supplied other than in digital form, if the seal on the storage media is broken;

§  A handling fee may be charged for fault-free goods that are returned after 7 days, subject to the discretion of WebAntics Online (www.webantics.co.za).

§  WebAntics Online (www.webantics.co.za) is not obliged to accept the return of any goods and this clause shall not be used to imply that WebAntics Online (www.webantics.co.za) shall be obliged to accept the return of any goods

§  WebAntics Online (www.webantics.co.za) reserves the right to issue a credit note for returned goods and is not obliged to refund the client for returned goods

MISCELLANEOUS

§  As a condition to your use of this website, you warrant to WebAntics Online (www.webantics.co.za) that you will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited

§  This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and WebAntics Online (www.webantics.co.za) chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature

§  WebAntics Online (www.webantics.co.za) may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
