How do I register for an account?
While it is not required that you sign up for an account, you are required to sign up should you wish place an order online. By clicking on the ‘Register’ icon at the top right of the home page, you will be guided through the registration process. You will have choose a password and provide your e-mail address for future login purposes. Also to prevent robots from registering accounts, you will be required to verify your email address.
After registering online, an e-mail is sent to you containing the link to verify your address. If you fail to verify your email account, you will not be able to order online. However you do still have the option of ordering through our call centre should you prefer not to register online
WebAntics Online does not sell, share or distribute any personal information collected at the time of registering. The information is stored for purely administrative, occasional marketing updates and newsletters and ordering purposes.
After you have completed verification, you can use this same email and password for all of our online services.
How do I verify my account?
To verify your account, simply click on the link contained within the email sent to you after completing the online registration process. If you did not receive this email, please contact our Call Center on 0118390716 (during office hours) or email us at verify@webantics.co.za and you will be advised further.
Where's my verification email?
An automated email containing a verification link should have been sent to you within a couple of minutes of signing up online. You may not have received this due to a couple of reasons, including your email service provider having a spam filter. Please also ensure that the email address info@webantics.co.za is saved within your email contacts. This will reduce the risk of emails from WebAntics Online being stopped by your spam filter.
Please be sure to check the mailbox of the email address you entered when signing up. Also make sure the address is correct.

The link I received in the email did not work? How do I verify my email address?

I registered an incorrect email address by mistake! Now I cannot verify my account, what do I do?

Why do I need to verify my email/account?
Email/account verification is used to verify a user’s email address before they are permitted to make a purchase online. In an effort to reduce the risk of fraudulent behavior, all online users wishing to make a purchase online, must verify their email address/accounts. Once you have verified your account, you will be able to order products through our online store.
