HOW TO ORDER
So you are new to the online shopping store experience? Where do you start? Where do you go from
here?
First…Our homepage -
www.webantics.co.za - that is where you will view current specials;
get more information about our company; find out about our delivery policy and
how to pay and also on how to contact us. This is the beginning of your
experience at WebAntics Online.
Second…Do you know what you are looking for? Top left of the home page is our
search bar. This is where you type in a keyword of the item you are looking for
and those products that match will be listed. You also have the option to select
a particular brand of product by selecting the manufacturer name i.e. HP or IBM.
That feature is on the right-hand side of the home page in the yellow block.
If you are not sure what you are looking for or maybe just want to window
shop, then on the left hand side of the page are our
Categories. By clicking on one of the Categories or Sub-Categories, you will
be guided to a list of products in that category. At any stage of your browsing,
you can get back to the home page by clicking on
Home at the top of page.
If you can’t find what you are looking for or want to buy more than 10 units,
click on Contact Us at the top of the page and you will be given details of how to get hold of us. The easiest way is to mail us -
info@webantics.co.za. Remember it is not possible to include all of the products that we
offer on our website, so if you can’t find it - it doesn’t mean we don’t sell
it. Contact us for what you are looking for and we will come back to you!
Third…You find something and you want to buy it? …How do you make a purchase? Well
it is this easy…
Step 1 - On each product page is an option to
Add to Cart. By clicking on this button, you are adding this item to your shopping cart
and to pay for the items you click on the Checkout page.
Step 2 - If it is your first
time in our store, you’ll need to click on
Register here
and supply us with some of your personal details. Don’t worry - your details are
safe. We look after them like we would look after our own. If you have
registered before, you’ll just need to login with your details. Please take care
though to enter all of your details correctly as errors could cause delays and
incur extra costs.
That is all it takes! From there you just have to select a couple of
options as per your preference and your order will be confirmed once you receive
your Order Number. Then check your email and you will receive an automated email
confirming receipt of your order along with all of the details that you entered.
If you are depositing payment into our account, this is also where you will find
our banking details. It is a good idea to email or fax us confirmation so we can
allocated the payment to your order and to avoid any delays.
As soon as your payment is confirmed, we’ll notify you by sending you an email and processing of your order will begin. If any
of the items you ordered are out of stock,
you will be contacted immediately by one of our sales consultants advising you of the expected time
delay. If stock is available, your order is released and dispatched by our courier
service to the physical address on your order.

ORDERING ONLINE IS SAFE AND SECURE! Our ordering system is fully encrypted using a new RC4 schema which means
your personal details are tightly safeguarded. We
NEVER pass on or sell any of your personal information and your details are
only ever used for the purpose of filling your order or, from time-to-time,
sending you updates on any specially priced products that you might be
interested in.
