DELIVERY INFORMATION

We consider the delivery of your order as the easy part of the shopping online process. Our years of experience in this industry has enabled us to develop excellent working relationships with a number of very professionally run Courier companies that makes this process the very routine.

We DON’T expect you to wait 5-7 days for goods that you have already paid for.

We DON’T expect you to pay exorbitant delivery fees to have your goods delivered to your door.

We DON’T use any other delivery method except for the most reliable of couriers to deliver your goods

We DON’T charge additional fees to insure your goods while they are in transit to you.

The large majority of our orders are delivered within 2-3 working days of your payment being cleared. Occasionally however due to stock availability this can take longer. If you product is not in stock or if your product has an extended delivery time, you will be contacted immediately by one of our sales consultants advising you of the expected time delay.

All orders to the value of R1,000 or more are delivered FREE OF CHARGE. If your order totals less than R1,000 then there is a standard delivery fee of R39. We deliver to any physical address throughout the whole of South Africa. We do not ship to postal boxes as we want someone to sign for the order for safety and security reasons.

We take as much care of your goods as if they were our own. In fact we treat the goods as our own until they have been signed for. We insure ALL of the orders dispatched with our couriers against breakage, theft and high-jacking. If something goes wrong, you are covered. We are so confident in our service that we will even pay the excess and arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you as soon as possible.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders, including products with corporate branding, special configurations, and Made-to-Order Personal Computers, require varying lead times to prepare and test. Please enquire about delivery times when placing an order.

URGENT ORDERS

Urgent order for an item you needed ‘yesterday’. We know how it is - sometimes you just can’t wait. We do these for clients all the time! Depending on your location and on the product you need, your order will be assigned to one of our consultants who will follow it through to the end. There is a surcharge for this service but if we don’t meet your target, you won’t get charged.
