We consider the delivery of your
order as the final step in the online shopping experience but one of the most

Centre or Regional Area (see below for more information)

Our shipping times are usually Monday to Friday 08h00 – 17h00 (excluding Public
Holidays)
- Saturday deliveries are usually made between 7am - 12pm (conditions apply)
- All timed deliveries are subject to product and area restrictions

Individual items equal to or
greater than 15kg in volumetric weight may incur longer shipping times due to
logistics

We ship through-out the Republic of South Africa
- Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure that you receive your
order on time, we cannot guarantee it
SHIPPING SERVICES
We offer various shipping options
dependant on the shipping destination. A
Major Centre
is regarded as a physical address within 50km of a major centre: Bloemfontein,
Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth and
Pretoria. All outlying areas outside of this 50km ring will be regarded as
Regional Areas.
How do I qualify for FREE Budget Shipping?
- Free Shipping is only available on orders over R2000 inclusive of VAT
- Free Shipping is only available on orders shipping to a Major Centre.
- To obtain Free Shipping, Select delivery option ‘Budget 3-5 days’ at checkout.
- We reserve the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time
- All items on the order are in stock and available for shipping.

SHIPPING SERVICE
CRITEA TO BE MET:
- All items on the order are in stock and available for shipping.
- Cleared funds have been received in full for the order totalrder total.
- Excludes
personalised orders (i.e. corporate
gifts, built-to-order computers, memory upgrades etc).
- Shipping is to a SA physical address.
- Excludes Saturdays and Public Holidays. Contact us should you require this
service.
We will strive to fulfill our shipping commitments and if we don't we will
refund your full shipping costs and add a free shipping voucher to your account
for your next order. See exclusions below:
Exclusions:
We will not refund your shipping
charges in the following circumstances:
- You are not at
home to accept delivery.
- Your payment
declines, delaying the dispatch of your order.
- You make
amendments to your order causing a delay.
- Fail to provide us
with requested information needed to process your order.
- Your order fails
security checks.
AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY TIMES
It is always
advisable to confirm stock availability before finalizing your order to avoid
any inconvenience or delays. Products often do sell out due to high demand or
have longer lead times because of the nature of the product and the industry. We
will contact you if a product you have ordered is unavailable. If you require
your goods urgently or before a certain date, please make a note of that when
you placing your order, so we can inform you well in advance if we foresee any
potential delay.
PERSONALISED ORDERS
Personalised
orders, including
products with corporate branding, special configurations, and Built-to-Order
Personal Computers, require varying lead times to prepare and test. Please
enquire with our Customer Services Centre before ordering for applicable
shipping times.
*SPECIAL SHIPPING
Special shipping is
for clients who require a product/s on an urgent basis (i.e. within 12-24
hours). We do these for our clients all the time very successfully! Special
shipping is currently only available for the Johannesburg and Pretoria Major
Centres. Should you require Special Shipping in an alternative location, please
contact our offices for more information. Orders with Special shipping are
assigned to one of senior consultants who will follow your order through to
delivery and keep you informed. Orders placed before 12h00 are generally
delivered before Close of Business. Orders placed after 12h00 are generally
delivered in the morning of the following day. Please enquire with our Customer
Services Centre before ordering items with Special Shipping so we can confirm
that the item is available for immediate shipping. Once we accept your order, we
guarantee to meet your deadline or we will refund your shipping costs.
